Please note that we currently only deliver within the UK, though this includes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Channel Islands (and BFPO) without any surcharges.
So, how much will delivery cost me? Firstly, please note that we do not currently have the facilities to offer collection in person. There is just a one off £3.00 charge per order (via Economy delivery). Goods must be paid for all at the same time and delivered to one address only. Orders over £75 areFREE POST.
So, how soon can I expect my goods? We dispatch on working weekdays and Saturday mornings. Goods are usually dispatched on the next dispatch day after receipt of cleared payment. (If it is going to take longer we will let you know and you can decide if you want to wait or take a refund). Goods are sent via different methods dependant on the size and weight of your order and your location. Most are sent by My Hermes, but a few come via Royal Mail, TNT, UPS etc. Always expect to sign for your goods. Most goods are dispatched next working weekday, and take 48-96 hours for delivery (weekdays- please allow extra time over the weekend). However, please allow 10 days before contacting us.
My goods are not what I ordered, are faulty, or were damaged in transit. Well, it does happen from time to time. If there is clear evidence of damage to your goods when they arrive, please do not sign for them, and have them returned to us. We will then be able to replace or refund as quickly as possible. In all other cases, just contact us and let us know what the problem is. We will need the goods returning in most circumstances, but will reinburse you for the costs of doing so (or provide a pre paid My Hermes label - printer required). We can then refund or replace as necessary (depending on stock availability of course). Please retain and return the packaging where possible, and notify us within 30 days of receipt.
I have changed my mind, ordered the wrong size etc. What can I do? The distance selling regulations allow you to change your mind for any reason about an item you purchased without seeing first. If this is the case and you wish to return your items for a refund or exvhange, you will need to let us know within 14 days of receipt. You will need to return the goods and packaging to us and we will refund when we get them back. You will be responsible for the return postage costs in such instances.
